Kathy Dow is a former journalism teacher and newspaper reporter. She has also been a contributor to several published projects.

About the Illustrator:
Her daughter, Danica Dow is a 2004 graduate of the prestigious University of Virginia with a double major in Studio Art and English. Danica is currently working in the media and aspires to be an on air personality. This is their first published project together.
